Each Barong Tagalog is created as a bespoke project, developed individually for the client and the occasion. Design complexity may range from minimalist concepts to fully custom designs, based on the selected direction.
The process begins with an initial inquiry and preliminary estimate. Once the order is confirmed through the required deposit, a private video consultation is scheduled to refine the design direction and confirm the project details.

• For a calm and well-paced process, we recommend starting three months in advance. Bespoke Barong Tagalog orders are accepted no later than seven weeks before the event date.
• Each project follows a structured process, including email discussion, private consultation, design development, and production.
