Custom and Made-to-Measure Orders
Most garments offered at josiptumapa.com are custom-made or made-to-measure and produced according to individual specifications provided by the client.
Due to the personalized nature of these items, custom garments are generally non-refundable and not eligible for return once production has begun.
If you believe your garment contains a manufacturing defect or does not correspond to the agreed specifications, you may contact the manager assigned to your order directly via the existing email correspondence, or submit a request through the Custom Order Form.
Each case is reviewed individually. If a confirmed production defect is identified, we may offer repair, alteration, or replacement at our sole discretion.
Please note:
Inaccurate measurements provided by the client are not considered manufacturing defects.
Minor variations inherent to custom or handmade production do not constitute defects.
Production timelines do not constitute grounds for return once the order has entered production, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Ready-to-Wear Items
Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
The item is unused
The item is in its original condition
The item is returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is provided
All returns must be approved prior to shipping.
To initiate a return, please complete the Ready-to-Wear Return Form and provide clear photos of the item.
Once the return is approved and received, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within seven business days after inspection.
Shipping Costs
For ready-to-wear returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective.
International returns may be subject to customs procedures and fees. Any duties or import charges related to returned items remain the responsibility of the sender.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Custom-made or made-to-measure garments (unless confirmed defective)
Items altered after delivery
Items damaged due to improper use
Discretion
Any exceptions to this policy are granted solely at the discretion of Josip Tumapa Design.
