We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it, except for custom-made clothing. All custom-made clothing undergoes two checks for size conformity and a quality inspection. Since these items are made to order, they are not eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please fill out the form below and attach photos of the item as well as an explanation of the reason for the return. After submitting the form, we will contact you within three days to confirm whether the item can be returned. You can then send the item to the specified address. Once we receive the item from you, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within seven days.
Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged, we are prepared to exchange it for the same item. If you would like to exchange it for a different item, please note that this is subject to availability and may require additional payment.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
