This section contains ready-made promotional materials that you can use to promote our brand.
Here you’ll find:

  • Banners for Instagram, blog posts, or website widgets

  • Images related to events, new collections, or seasonal campaigns

  • Visual content already optimized for sharing

You can download these creatives and use them along with your affiliate link.
We’ll be updating this section regularly, especially before new launches or events.

Statistics

This section provides a quick overview of your performance as an affiliate.
Here you can track how your links are performing and how much commission you’ve earned.

Key metrics:

  • Unpaid Referrals — Number of completed orders that you’ve earned commission for, but haven’t been paid yet.

  • Paid Referrals — Number of orders you’ve already been paid for.

  • Visits — Total number of times people clicked your affiliate links.

  • Conversion Rate — Percentage of visits that resulted in a paid order.

  • Unpaid Earnings — The total amount of unpaid commission.

  • Paid Earnings — The total amount you’ve already received.

  • Commission Rate — Your current commission percentage (for example, 10%).

These stats help you understand what works and how to optimize your promotion strategy.

Graphs

This section provides a visual representation of your affiliate activity over time.

You can track:

  • Visits to the site via your links

  • How many of those visits turned into paid referrals

  • Your unpaid and paid earnings

  • Rejected or canceled referrals

You can select a time range (this month, last month, or a custom period) to better understand how your performance changes over time.

Color legend:

  • 🟨 Unpaid earnings — Commission earned but not yet paid

  • 🟦 Pending earnings — Orders not confirmed yet

  • 🟥 Rejected — Referrals that were denied or canceled

  • 🟩 Paid earnings — Commission that has already been paid to you

This graph helps you see patterns and evaluate the success of your promotion efforts.

Referrals

See all your successful referrals and earned commissions
This tab displays a list of your referred clients and the corresponding commissions earned from their purchases.
You’ll find the following details:

  • Reference: Name or ID of the client

  • Amount: Your earned commission

  • Description: Payment details and how the order was placed

  • Status: Whether the commission has been paid

  • Date: When the referral occurred

Use this section to track how many clients have purchased thanks to your links, how much you’ve earned, and the payout status.

Payouts

Track your commission payments
This section displays all your commission payouts. You’ll see:

  • Date – When the payout was issued

  • Amount – Total commission paid

  • Payout Method – The method used to send your earnings (e.g., GCash, PayPal)

  • Status – Paid or pending

If no payouts have been made yet, you’ll see a message saying so. Check this tab to confirm when your commissions are processed.

Visits

Track your referral traffic
This tab shows each visit to your referral link. It includes:

  • URL – The specific page a visitor landed on

  • Referring URL – The full link used with your referral ID

  • Converted – Whether the visit resulted in a purchase (✓ or ✗)

  • Date – When the visit occurred

You can use this data to understand which links generate the most interest and whether they lead to actual sales.

Settings

Manage your affiliate profile and notifications
This section allows you to:

  • Enter or update your payment email — used for receiving your affiliate payouts (e.g., PayPal).

  • Enable or disable referral notifications — check the box if you want to receive an email every time someone clicks your link and makes a purchase.

  • Don’t forget to save your changes by clicking Save Profile Settings.
