How the Custom Order Process Works
Custom garments are developed as individual projects rather than standard products.
Each order follows a defined process that allows design decisions, timeline alignment, and pricing clarity before production begins.
This process applies to all custom categories, including wedding dresses, Barong Tagalog, custom dresses, and men’s suits.
Step 1 — Initial Inquiry
The process begins with an initial inquiry.
At this stage, ideas, preferences, and the intended occasion are discussed to determine the overall direction of the project.
This first step carries no obligation and is intended to assess whether the project scope and timeline are suitable.
Step 2 — Design Direction & Preliminary Estimate
Based on the discussion, a design direction is defined.
A preliminary price estimate and production timeline are outlined according to the garment category and design complexity.
The estimate remains preliminary at this stage and is provided to support an informed decision before moving forward.
Step 3 — Order Confirmation
The order is confirmed through a deposit of approximately 30% of the preliminary estimate. The deposit is credited toward the total project cost.
The final price is confirmed after the private video consultation, as design details may be added, removed, or adjusted. If the project remains within the original scope, the final price will generally remain aligned with the preliminary estimate.
Step 4 — Private Consultation & Design Approval
After the deposit is received, a private video consultation is scheduled to refine the design direction, materials, measurements, and project details.
Once the final design has been approved, a complimentary fitting garment can be prepared and shipped upon request before production begins. This allows the fit to be checked and measurements adjusted before the final garment is made. The client covers shipping only.
Production begins once the fitting has been completed, where applicable, and the final measurements have been confirmed.
Step 5 — Completion & Delivery
Once the garment is completed and approved, it is prepared for dispatch.
Delivery is provided both within the Philippines and internationally.
All orders are shipped with tracking details, which are shared at the time of dispatch.
For international destinations such as the United States and Canada, delivery typically takes approximately 8–14 business days, depending on the destination and courier processing.
Final delivery timelines are confirmed once the order has been shipped.
Timeline Guidelines by Category
Production timelines vary depending on the garment category and design complexity.
Each custom project follows a different preparation and development rhythm.
Wedding dresses typically require the longest preparation period due to design development, material coordination, and fitting stages. Planning several months ahead allows for a calm and structured process.
Custom dresses, Barong Tagalog, and men’s suits generally follow a shorter development cycle. These garments still require advance planning, but with a more compact timeline suited to their construction and intended use.
Specific timing requirements and minimum lead times are outlined within the custom design section.
This process helps set expectations early, keep each stage clear and manageable, and allow the project to move forward at a considered pace.
All bespoke projects begin with an initial inquiry and preliminary estimate.
