Custom garments are developed as individual projects rather than standard products.
Each order follows a defined process that allows design decisions, timeline alignment, and pricing clarity before production begins.

This process applies to all custom categories, including wedding dresses, Barong Tagalog, custom dresses, and men’s suits.

Step 1 — Initial Inquiry

The process begins with an initial inquiry.
At this stage, ideas, preferences, and the intended occasion are discussed to determine the overall direction of the project.

This first step carries no obligation and is intended to assess whether the project scope and timeline are suitable.

Step 2 — Design Direction & Initial Estimate

Based on the discussion, a design direction is defined.
An indicative price range and production timeline are outlined according to the garment category and design complexity.

The estimate remains indicative at this stage and is provided to support an informed decision before moving forward.

Step 3 — Decision to Proceed

The formal design process begins only after the client decides to proceed.
No production work starts prior to this confirmation.

Once approved, the project moves forward within a clearly defined scope.

Step 4 — Development & Production

Each garment is developed through guided stages, including design refinement, material selection, and construction.
The process follows a structured sequence to ensure consistency and controlled execution.

When the approved scope remains unchanged, the final cost aligns with the initial estimate.

Step 5 — Completion & Delivery

Once the garment is completed and approved, it is prepared for dispatch.
Delivery is provided both within the Philippines and internationally.

All orders are shipped with tracking details, which are shared at the time of dispatch.
For international destinations such as the United States and Canada, delivery typically takes approximately 8–14 business days, depending on the destination and courier processing.

Final delivery timelines are confirmed once the order has been shipped.

Timeline Guidelines by Category

Production timelines vary depending on the garment category and design complexity.
Each custom project follows a different preparation and development rhythm.

Wedding dresses typically require the longest preparation period due to design development, material coordination, and fitting stages. Planning several months ahead allows for a calm and structured process.

Custom dresses, Barong Tagalog, and men’s suits generally follow a shorter development cycle. These garments still require advance planning, but with a more compact timeline suited to their construction and intended use.

Specific timing requirements and minimum lead times are outlined within the custom design section.

This process helps set expectations early, keep each stage clear and manageable, and allow the project to move forward at a considered pace.

All bespoke projects begin with a private consultation.
