Description: Choose whether the outfit will be for a man or a woman. Once you’ve made your choice, a 30% deposit of the total order cost is required to begin the process.
Step 2: Schedule Your First Consultation
Description: Within 12 hours of your deposit, you will receive an email to select a convenient date for your first consultation with our designer. This meeting will be an opportunity to discuss your vision and preferences.
Step 3: Review and Approve Sketches
Description: After the initial consultation, the designer will create sketches, which will be sent to you within 1-2 weeks. Review these sketches, and once approved, you will need to make an additional payment of 30% to proceed.
Step 4: Second Consultation & Measurements
Description: Once the sketches are approved, a second consultation will be scheduled to finalize the remaining design details and assist you with taking precise measurements for your custom fit.
Step 5: Production Begins
Description: With all details finalized and measurements taken, your order enters the production phase. Our skilled artisans will carefully craft your outfit to the highest standards.
Step 6: Final Payment & Quality Check
Description: After your order is completed, you will be required to make the final payment of 40%. Before shipping, your order undergoes a thorough quality inspection to ensure it meets our standards and your expectations.
Step 7: Delivery and Final Touches
Description: After the final payment, your order will be carefully packed and shipped to you. You will receive tracking information to monitor your order until it arrives.
